Responsibilities

• Work closely with team members to ensure projects are built safely, on time, and within budget
• Handle RFIs, change orders, and submittals
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation using construction management expertise
• Use MS Project or Primavera 6 to plan, schedule, and monitor project progress
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot project issues and implement solutions
• Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders, highlighting key achievements, risks, and mitigation strategies
• Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to improve project execution

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• Minimum of five years of experience in project engineering, with a focus on self-perform concrete structures, water/wastewater treatment plant construction, and underground utilities
• Proven experience in construction management (industrial electrical experience is a plus)
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex project issues
• Strong communication skills for collaboration and stakeholder presentations

Pay

$110,000 - $135,000 per year
