Job Details

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

• Manage HVAC & plumbing construction projects from start to finish
• Build and maintain project schedules
• Cookordinate with builders, homeowners, vendors, and internal teams
• Review plans, specs, and contracts for accuracy
• Track job progress, budgets, and labor performance
• Conduct site visits to ensure quality and safety
• Work with estimating and operations to maintain job margins
• Act as the main point of contact between field teams and builders

Strong alignment between field, office, and scheduling

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in construction project management (HVAC/plumbing preferred)
• Strong scheduling and coordination skills
• Ability to read blueprints and construction documents
• Solid understanding of budgets, job costing, and project flow
• Ability to manage multiple projects at once
• Strong communication with both field teams and clients
• Experience with construction software (ServiceTitan is a plus)

Job Details

Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per hour
