Key Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of construction projects from kickoff to closeout
• Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and forecasts
• Lead subcontractor selection, buyout, and contract negotiations
• Oversee project execution to ensure quality, safety, and timeline adherence
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders
• Cookordinate with field teams, superintendents, and internal departments
• Identify and resolve issues proactively to keep projects on track
• Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in commercial construction project management
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, contracts, and scheduling
• Experience managing ground-up and/or renovation projects
• Proficiency in project management software (Procore, Bluebeam, etc.)
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
