Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary project lead and central point of coordination between clients, general contractors, detailing/engineering, fabrication, and field teams.
• Demonstrate strong self-starter qualities by taking ownership of project outcomes, anticipating challenges, and driving solutions without the need for constant direction.
• Must be able to manage multiple fastpaced projects with minimal supervision.
• Champion a strong safety culture by ensuring projects are planned and executed in compliance with company safety programs, site requirements, and industry best practices.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, procurement, and change order execution to maintain profitability and meet milestones.
• Review and interpret contract documents, drawings, and specifications to ensure scope accuracy and risk identification.
• Drive submittals, RFIs, shop drawing approvals, and material releases to support fabrication and erection schedules.
• Maintain strong customer relationships while ensuring contract compliance and overall project success.
