Job Summary
The Project Manager supports the project team with the daily management and execution of the construction process. They manage one or more projects at various stages of construction, assisting with safety management, quality, cost management, contracting, scheduling, estimating, bidding, and contract administration to ensure successful project completion.

- Ensures successful project completion, both timely and within budget.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field, or equivalent construction experience.
- General Contracting experience.
- Minimum of four (4) years previous construction experience.
- Knowledge of principles and practices of engineering and construction project management, including safety standards.
- Demonstrated ability to understand and learn technical systems and processes.
- Ability to effectively manage and lead junior team members.
- Ability to organize, assess, and prioritize multiple tasks, projects, and demands.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Project management and scheduling software experience.
- Sustainable building experience (such as LEED certified projects).
- Certifications / accreditations (CPR / First Aid, OSHA 30-hour, WELL, ILFI, LEED) preferred.
Qualifications

Pay
The base salary (or hourly) range for this position is $105,000.00 - $140,000.00.
