Responsibilities
- Manage and provide construction oversight
- Manage Right-of-Way and permit processes
- Resolve complex construction project related issues
- Form long-term relationships with clients
- Prepare and deliver presentations and facilitate meetings
- Develop scope and bid documents
- Review and evaluate contract deliverables
- Approve invoices, change orders, and other contract documents
- Ensure the progress and technical performance of projects
- Manage project scope, schedule, and budget
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in an Engineering discipline, Construction Management, or Architecture
- At least 5+ years of experience in construction project management
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, display leadership and resolve critical issues pertinent to the project and client
- Strong working knowledge of pre-design and pre-construction, contract management, project delivery methods, building systems/components and technology
Qualifications
- Prior experience with local municipalities (preferred but not required)
- Certified Construction Manager (CCM), Project Management Professional (PMP), Professional Engineer (PE) or Architect license/certification

Pay
The base salary range for this position is $124,000.00 to $158,000.00.
Schedule
Onsite employees are expected to attend a Jacobs Workplace on a full-time basis, as required by the nature of their role.
