Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage construction project scope, schedule, and resources in alignment with company and client expectations
• Coordinate with field crews, subcontractors, inspectors, and permitting entities to keep work on track
• Monitor job progress and resolve issues related to timeline, materials, or resource availability
• Ensure all work complies with safety protocols, local regulations, and engineering designs
• Track project expenses, change orders, and documentation for reporting and billing
• Communicate regularly with Senior Project Manager, Director of Operations, and client stakeholders
• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly project reports, job logs, and schedule updates
• Support job site visits and quality control checks as required
• Assist with project forecasting, manpower planning, and procurement coordination

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred; equivalent experience accepted
• Experience: 3–5 years of experience managing construction or fiber-related projects
• Familiarity: Familiarity with construction management software, schedules, and permitting
• Skills: Strong problem-solving, time management, and communication skills

Internal

• Works with field crews, operations leadership, safety, permitting, and finance

External

• Interfaces with subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and client representatives
• Frequent site visits and travel to project locations required
