Project Manager

About the role

Lead client projects from inception to successful delivery, ensuring quality, timeliness, and client satisfaction. As a Project Manager, you'll be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects while managing resources, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations
• Cook up coordination of internal resources and third parties for successful project execution
• Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders
• Identify and resolve issues and risks affecting projects

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in tech
• PMP certification or equivalent preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Experience with agile methodologies
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum certification (preferred)
• Experience with project management software (e.g., JIRA, Asana, MS Project)
• Knowledge of both traditional and agile project management methodologies
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
