Job Requirement Owns and manages mid-complexity, multichannel project deliverables from concept to deployment under the guidance of the Senior Brand Project Manager, providing direction and vision as needed.Follows and enforces internal procedures and IPGH internal tools (WorkFront, Egnyte, and Teams) for project management.Speaks to pertinent information during internal status meetings to provide updates or changes in project plans.Follows up on documentation from internal meetings to ensure project progress, next steps, and deliverables are met, thereby maintaining project timelines.Acts as point-of-contact for project-related routing; accountable for quality control, preparing projects, accuracy, and timely execution.Manages 3rd party vendors and client digital team relationships, collaborates on timelines, and identifies challenges and risks to stay on schedule.Ensures the distribution of job numbers, enters project estimates, and runs and circulates various reports, including financial and timesheet reports.Proactively escalates and suggests solutions to project-related issues to management.Supports Senior Project Managers, Supervisors, and Associate Directors in developing the scope of work and meeting requirements.Participates in reviewing financial output reports, incoming briefs, and timelines and estimates.Participates in discussions related to process optimization and improvement.Can be client-facing as a content matter expert around timing and estimates to answer project questions that may arise. Qualifications & Skills You’re a proactive team player with a strong work ethicYou have a passion for process and a natural ability to help teams unite toward a common goalYou excel under pressure in a fast-paced (but fun!) environmentYou understand the lifecycle of projects and have experience creating project plans using Microsoft Project or SmartsheetsExpertly manage offline projects, digital banners, email campaigns, landing pages and microsites by consistently following and enforcing the DDBH process and following client-specific guidelines\Prepare and upload all MLR submissions including coordination with appropriate client contactsYou have a high level of proficiency with Microsoft OfficeYou have bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of agency experienceYou’re a nice personEstablish next-steps and daily team priorities and communicate details to team membersOversee the production and distribution of daily hot sheets, meeting notes and weekly status and financial reportsDevelop scope of work details (assumptions, project plan, allocations, and budget) for all print projects
