About the role
The Opportunity
Intellibright, an award-winning Google Partner agency, is seeking a Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of digital marketing projects for clients. Ideal candidates should have 3-5 years of experience in a project management role, preferably in a marketing or agency setting.
Responsibilities
- Manage timelines, task assignments, and deliverables across SEO, Paid Ads, Websites, Social, and Strategy projects
- Coordinate day-to-day operations within a portfolio of multiple client accounts, ensuring projects run smoothly and meet expectations
- Facilitate internal check-ins and client status meetings to keep everyone aligned
- Track project milestones, update stakeholders, and escalate risks or blockers when needed
- Maintain clean documentation, timelines, and project management tools like Jira
- Support process improvements that help our team operate more efficiently
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, creative, and client teams to ensure seamless delivery
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail, with a knack for breaking big goals into bite-sized tasks
- Excellent communication skills—confident leading meetings and following up with clients and internal teams
- Familiarity with digital marketing deliverables (e.g., SEO audits, ad campaigns, website builds)
- Experience using project management tools like Jira
- Prioritize across multiple projects without losing momentum
- Positive attitude and a collaborative team player
- Austin-based or willing to relocate (hybrid schedule requires in-person work 3 days/week)
- Agency or multi-client experience preferred
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in a project management role, preferably in a marketing or agency environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with digital marketing deliverables and project management tools
- Experience working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
