Project Manager
Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated construction Project Manager-Electrical Underground Utility in the Charlotte, NC area to oversee and manage various underground utility construction projects from inception to completion.
Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of construction projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget.
- Cookordination with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents to guide project execution.
- Develop and maintain project schedules using tools such as ProCore.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Prepare construction estimates and budgets based on project requirements.
- Facilitate communication between all parties involved in the project, including clients and team members.
- Ensure all contracts are adhered to and manage any changes or disputes that arise during the project lifecycle.
- Manage procurement processes, including tracking materials and equipment needs using Construction management software.
- Prepare detailed reports on project status, risks, and issues for senior management.
Skills
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Valid Driver’s License required
- Proven experience in construction project management or a related field
- Strong knowledge of construction site operations and safety protocols
- Familiarity with construction estimating practices and tools
- Experience with project management software is preferred
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong leadership abilities with effective communication skills for collaboration across teams
- A degree in Construction Management or a related field is an asset but not mandatory; relevant experience will be considered

Compensation: Weekly pay via direct deposit, competitive pay based on experience and certifications.
