Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day project operations, ensuring smooth coordination between contractors, subcontractors, and project teams
• Track project schedules and milestones, identifying potential delays, and helping to develop mitigation plans
• Manage project documentation, including RFIs (Requests for Information), submittals, and change orders
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure that all project goals and objectives are met, from budget to timeline and quality control
• Participate in client and team meetings, preparing progress reports and updates as required
• Cookordination inspections and ensuring the project meets all building codes and regulatory requirements

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in construction management, with experience working on public projects preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• Project experience should include a variety of project types – large public buildings and infrastructure projects preferred
• Municipal building build-outs or renovations
• Medical centers / healthcare facilities
• Higher-education and university buildings
• Transportation/railroad infrastructure
• Experience overseeing projects with multiple trades running concurrently, knowledge of many trades essential
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset
