Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect potential clients in the vaporizer industry, including wholesalers, distributors, and retailers, to generate new business opportunities.
  • Develop a deep understanding of clients' needs, market trends, and competitor offerings to position our customizable electronic vaporizer hardware effectively.
  • Conduct consultative sales presentations and product demonstrations to highlight the unique features, benefits, and customization options of our vaporizer hardware.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their specific requirements and provide tailored solutions that meet their individual needs and branding preferences.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, becoming a trusted advisor and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
  • Collaborate with the product development team to gather customer feedback and market insights, contributing to the enhancement and evolution of our vaporizer hardware offerings.
  • Maintain and exceed individual and team sales targets, playing a significant role in driving revenue growth and market expansion.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, with a focus on the vaporizer or smoke hardware industries.
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills, with a persuasive and consultative approach to selling customizable products.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport and build long-term relationships with clients.
  • Results-driven mindset, self-motivated, and able to work independently while contributing effectively to a team environment.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple client relationships and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage customer relationships, track sales activities, and generate reports.

Pay

Salary Range: $37,440 - $41,600 Per year | $18-20 Per hour + Commission + incentive

Note: Chinese speaker highly considered - $1 more in pay
