You'll build strong client relationships, manage expectations, coordinate resources across multiple teams, and provide clear leadership to drive collaboration, performance and exceptional client outcomes. What You'll Be DoingProject ManagementProduce scope, estimates and budgets for a variety of small to medium digital performance marketing projects for a large SME team responsible for Branding, Paid Media, Web Development, SEO/AEO and StrategyProduce and maintain a project plan and resource forecast (where applicable)Document project health and status reports on a regular cadenceMaintain project margin throughout the project lifecycleWork toward quarterly project management KPI targetsTeam & Client LeadershipPartner closely with Account Management to support assigned accounts, serving as a seamless extension of the client relationship through meeting coordination, stakeholder communications, and direct client interaction.Chair internal project meetings including kick-offs, status reviews and retrospectives (where applicable)Manage client specific requests, maintain and develop ongoing client relationships and provide effective expectation management and alignmentOwn resource management and capacity forecasting with department leads, with focus on soft-booking/pipeline allocationProvide clear and regular communication to ensure client and team alignment on delivery status, milestones, risks and issuesProcess LeadershipOwning bottleneck identification, managing cross-departmental approval workflows, maintaining a centralized tracking system, and facilitating escalation proceduresProactively monitor project scope across all active workstreams, identifying and escalating scope creep risks before they impact timeline, budget, or resource allocationEnsure all timesheets are submitted on a weekly basis for projectsEnsure correct toolsets and templates are being used by the delivery team About You5+ years of client facing project management experienceOmni-channel digital marketing and/or specific paid media, branding, creative, website development/management, SEO/AEO experienceAbility to manage, lead and provide governance for multiple complex, multi-workstream projects end-to-endStrong leadership skills and assertiveness with experience aligning internal teams, vendors and client staff simultaneouslyStrong numerical, written and oral presentation skills applied to varying audiences of differing seniority levelsStrong negotiation and facilitation skills, calm under pressureStrong client and stakeholder management skills with proactive identification and mitigation of project risksSkilled in defining scope, budgets and quality assuranceHighly process-orientated with attention to detailExcellent working knowledge of project management tools e.g Jira, Confluence, Monday.comConsistency in approach, best practices and team managementExperienced in defining and managing intake process across Enterprise and Business Unit stakeholdersManagement of the creative process including leading and advising the client About USIDX isn't your average communications company.
