Project Manager

About the role

Lead business process transformation initiatives from discovery and planning through deployment, partnering closely with business leaders and cross-functional stakeholders. This opportunity is with an industry-leading organization driving enterprise process improvement and large-scale transformation efforts.

Responsibilities

• Lead business process design, discovery, and working sessions from planning through deployment
• Own project scope, timelines, deliverables, and governance to ensure successful execution
• Facilitate alignment, decision-making, and consensus across cross-functional stakeholder groups
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and RAID logs while driving mitigation and contingency planning
• Track project performance and provide clear status reporting, documentation, and stakeholder communications

Requirements

• 5+ years of project management experience supporting complex initiatives
• Experience in business transformation and/or process improvement programs
• Proven ability to lead workshops, working sessions, and stakeholder-driven discovery efforts
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills, including executive communication
• Proficiency managing RAID logs, project governance, and status reporting using project management methodologies and tools
