Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary project interface between customers, the iAutomation Sales team, and internal operational functions.
- Communicate customer expectations to internal stakeholders in a timely and clear manner to ensure alignment and execution.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans to manage ECO changes, new product introductions, and resolution of quality concerns.
- Cook up cross-functional efforts across engineering, purchasing, quality, and production to ensure timely delivery of customer requirements.
- Track and manage project milestones, deliverables, and timelines using Kanban metrics to ensure alignment with customer commitments.
- Proactively communicate any significant schedule or delivery changes to the customer, along with supporting rationale and recovery plans.
- Participate in customer and internal meetings as needed to report project status and resolve issues.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives based on lessons learned from past projects.
- Conduct post-project evaluations, identifying successes, challenges, and areas for improvement for future projects.
Qualifications
- Requires a Bachelor’s degree in analytical, Engineering, Business or a related field with 3+ years of experience in managing projects, preferably in a manufacturing or engineered products environment.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams.
- Strong Microsoft Excel experience.
- Microsoft Project / Planner experience is desired.
