Project Manager
Position Overview
A growing infrastructure and environmental solutions organization is seeking a Project Manager to lead the execution of water and wastewater infrastructure projects from initial planning through final closeout. This position offers the opportunity to independently manage multiple active projects while serving as the primary point of coordination for customers, internal operations teams, engineering groups, and field personnel.
Professional Responsibility and Scope
- Maintain ownership of several concurrent projects ranging in size and complexity across municipal and industrial infrastructure applications.
- Manage schedules, coordinate submittals and project documentation, track project progress, support change order activities, and maintain communication with customers and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Work closely with engineering, estimating, fabrication, field operations, and finance teams to ensure alignment between design intent, execution strategy, and customer deliverables.
- Proactively identify risks, resolve coordination gaps, and maintain momentum across multiple active projects simultaneously.
- Contribute to improving project workflows, reinforcing operational standards, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.

Compensation

Experience and Qualification Summary

- Candidates should demonstrate strong communication, scheduling, organizational, and customer coordination skills.
- Experience working within industrial, environmental, water, wastewater, or infrastructure related industries is highly valued.
- A bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.
- PMP certification is beneficial.
- Candidates should also be willing to obtain OSHA 30 certification and applicable industry licensing within the first year of employment.
