- Strategic Initiatives
- Support planning, execution, and delivery of strategic and cross-functional initiatives.
- Cook up activities, milestones, deliverables, risks, dependencies, and action plans across multiple projects.
- Facilitate project meetings and governance processes while ensuring follow-through on commitments.
- Partner with stakeholders to maintain alignment on priorities, timelines, and expected outcomes.
- Proactively identify risks, roadblocks, and opportunities to improve execution.
- Help translate strategic objectives into actionable work plans and measurable outcomes.
- Project Execution
- Work across multiple functions to support successful delivery of organizational priorities.
- Support leaders drive execution against key initiatives and business commitments.
- Coordinate activities among diverse stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration and timely decision-making.
- Contribute to initiatives that support business growth, sales execution, and organizational effectiveness.
- Cross-Functional Project Leadership
- Identify opportunities for improvement without waiting for direction.
- Apply analytical thinking and business insight to support recommendations and decision-making.
- Create structure, clarity, and scalable processes where practices may still be evolving.
- Support implementation of new approaches, tools, and methods that improve project outcomes and team effectiveness.

What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Management, Operations, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
- Typically 2–5 years of experience in project management, program management, strategy execution, consulting, sales operations, business operations, or related disciplines.
- Demonstrated success coordinating cross-functional projects and managing stakeholders.
- Pioneering ability to work independently while exercising sound judgment in prioritizing work and resolving issues.
- Strong intellectual curiosity, organizational skills, communication skills, analytical thinking, ownership, adaptability, and growth mindset.

- The base pay range for this role is $75,400 to $109,350 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to US candidates only).
