Support planning, execution, and delivery of strategic and cross-functional initiatives.
Cook up activities, milestones, deliverables, risks, dependencies, and action plans across multiple projects.
Facilitate project meetings and governance processes while ensuring follow-through on commitments.
Partner with stakeholders to maintain alignment on priorities, timelines, and expected outcomes.
Proactively identify risks, roadblocks, and opportunities to improve execution.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Management, Operations, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
Typically 2–5 years of experience in project management, program management, strategy execution, consulting, sales operations, business operations, or related disciplines.
Demonstrated success coordinating cross-functional projects and managing stakeholders.
Pioneering ability to work independently while exercising sound judgment in prioritizing work and resolving issues.
Strong intellectual curiosity, organizational skills, communication skills, analytical thinking, ownership, adaptability, and growth mindset.

Significant exposure to strategic initiatives, cross-functional project leadership, sales execution activities, and executive stakeholders.

The base pay range for this role is $75,400 to $109,350 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to US candidates only).
