Project Manager
for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID. Remove boilerplate. Must preserve all substantive info.
We need to parse content.
The posting includes:
- Intro: "Why Join Howden US? ..." includes description of company, ownership model, empowerment, etc. This could be "About the role"? Actually it's about company. Could be "About the role" or maybe "About Howden". The instruction says use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we should map content accordingly.
We have sections:
- Why Join Howden US? (company culture, ownership, empowerment, bigger picture). This could be "About the role"? Might be better as "About the role" describing the role and company? But the role description is later: "What is the role?" and "What will you be doing?" etc.
Thus we can have:
About the role
with description of role: "We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional business initiatives..." plus maybe the earlier "Why Join Howden US?" as part of about the role? But the instruction: "About the role" heading for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we should put role overview under About the role.
Responsibilities: from "What will you be doing?" bullet points.
Requirements: maybe from "Key Skills & Competencies" and "Qualifications". But we have separate headings for Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. The instruction says we can use those headings. We need to decide what goes where.
We have:
- Key Skills & Competencies (list of skills)
- Qualifications (experience, education, certification)
- Possibly Requirements could be same as Qualifications? But we need to avoid duplication. We could treat "Requirements" as the qualifications (experience, education). Or we could split: Requirements = mandatory experience/education; Qualifications = preferred certifications; Skills = key skills.
Let's map:
Responsibilities: the bullet list under "What will you be doing?" (Project Management and Delivery, Stakeholder Management and Governance, Planning and Reporting).
Skills: the bullet list under "Key Skills & Competencies".
Qualifications: the bullet list under "Qualifications" (5+ years experience, etc.) plus maybe "Bachelor's degree ... preferred" and "PMP or equivalent ... a plus".
Requirements: maybe we could include the same as Qualifications? But to avoid duplication, we could put Requirements as the mandatory items: 5+ years experience, experience leading business transformation, knowledge of methodologies, proficiency with tools, Bachelor's degree preferred (maybe required?), PMP a plus. But we need to follow instruction: include a section ONLY when posting has real, specific content for it. So we can have Requirements section with the mandatory qualifications (5+ years experience, etc.) and Qualifications section with preferred certifications? However the posting lumps them together. Might be better to have only Qualifications section and skip Requirements to avoid thin sections. But we need to follow instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we could combine Requirements and Qualifications into one section called Qualifications. But we have both headings allowed; we can choose to use only Qualifications.
Similarly Skills: we have Key Skills & Competencies.
Benefits: we have "Compensation and Benefits" with salary range, bonus, benefits list.
Pay: we have salary range and bonus; but Benefits already includes compensation. The instruction says include Pay section only if posting actually states them. It does state salary range and bonus. So we could have Pay section with salary range and bonus, and Benefits section with benefits list (medical, dental, vision, 401k, PTO, parental leave, life/disability). However the posting says "In addition to a competitive base salary, employees are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus. Howden also offers a variety of benefits and programs, subject to eligibility, including: ..." So we can separate.
Schedule: not mentioned; no schedule info. So we omit Schedule.
About the role: we need to include the role description and maybe the company intro? The "Why Join Howden US?" is more about company culture; could be part of About the role or maybe a separate section like "About Howden". But only allowed headings are those listed. So we put company culture under About the role? Might be okay.
Thus structure:
