PROJECT MANAGER

About the Role

The Project Manager will work with the management team to ensure the successful execution of a range of audio/visual projects. Responsibilities span all phases of events, including cost and budgetary considerations, implementation, and post-project follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Determine all technical requirements for project scope, including logistics, scheduling, power and rigging requirements, site requirements, and room drawings (CAD) as needed.
• Collaborate with the management team to plan and schedule qualified technicians for each project, including those with multiple functions and site locations.
• Coordinate and often attend site surveys well in advance, as determined by individual projects.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience with a company specializing in the audio/visual industry.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and/or similar rendering software.
• Strong knowledge of video, audio, lighting, and scenic elements.
• Professional presentation skills.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and people skills.
• Ability to multitask in a busy environment.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
