Project Manager opportunity with the new Greenville, SC office of an established NC based Commercial General Contractor. Client relationships brought them to the Greenville/Spartanburg market.
Responsibilities
- Manage high-end corporate interiors projects
- Oversee upfits, renovations, and adaptive reuse projects
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management
- Experience with commercial interiors, upfits, TI, SPD, renovations, and adaptive reuse
Qualifications
- Degree required
Pay
Salary range: $105,000.00 – $130,000.00
