What You’ll Do
- Lead project scope, schedule, budget, and quality for major industrial, office, and science + technology facility design projects
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, identifying needs and delivering innovative, practical solutions
- Cook up and direct internal multiple-functional teams to ensure seamless execution
- Mentor and support team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture
- Maintain clear communication with clients and stakeholders throughout all project phases
- Work proactively to anticipate and resolve project challenges
What We’re Looking For
- BA/BS, Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Professional licensure (PE, RA, PMP) is a plus
- 5–10+ years of project management experience with large-scale industrial or commercial facilities
- A strong understanding of contracts, cost estimating, scheduling, and the design/construction process
- Exceptional client management skills with a track record of building trusted relationships
- Ability to travel up to 20%
