Job Title: Project ManagerEmployment Type: Full-TimeLocation: Laramie, Wyoming, United States (On-Site)Compensation: $85,000 - $115,000 per year + Performance Bonus + Full Benefits (Good-faith estimated range) About the OpportunityGW Mechanical, Inc. is hiring a Project Manager in Laramie, WY. You will lead commercial mechanical, HVAC, and plumbing construction projects, managing project execution, subcontractor trades, and jobsite profitability from contract award through closeout. Key ResponsibilitiesProject Oversight: Manage full-cycle commercial mechanical and plumbing construction projects, ensuring schedule, budget, and safety compliance.Cost & Budget Control: Track job cost codes, prepare monthly AIA billings, manage change orders, and maintain targeted gross profit margins.Schedule Management: Build and maintain detailed construction schedules, coordinating trade labor, equipment deliveries, and crane picks.Subcontractor & Vendor Management: Solicit bids, issue purchase orders for major mechanical equipment (boilers, chillers, RTUs), and supervise subcontractors.Owner & Engineer Coordination: Lead jobsite progress meetings with general contractors, mechanical engineers, and municipal inspectors. Candidate QualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent trade experience.Experience: 4+ years of project management experience in commercial mechanical, HVAC, or plumbing construction.Skills: Strong understanding of mechanical blueprints, plumbing codes, SMACNA standards, and construction estimating/scheduling software.Certifications: OSHA 30-Hour or related industry certifications preferred.
