Project Manager

The Renaissance is a 548-room hotel located in Las Vegas, Nevada. It is part of Highgate Hotels, a leading real estate investment and hospitality management company with a global portfolio of over 400 hotels.

About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Manager to lead our operations at the Renaissance. This position will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of the hotel, ensuring guest satisfaction, and driving operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the hotel, including housekeeping, food and beverage services, and maintenance.
• Manage staff performance and conduct regular performance evaluations.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest experience and loyalty programs.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations regarding health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the hotel and its offerings.
• Manage the budget and financial performance of the hotel.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel management or a related field.
• Proven leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Strong knowledge of hotel operations, including housekeeping, food and beverage services, and maintenance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Passport or ability to obtain one within 6 months of employment.

Skills

• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with hotel management software and systems.
• Knowledge of hotel safety and security protocols.
