Project Manager

About The Role
The Project Manager works directly with our customer base of physician offices and/or hospital IT departments. This position requires a team player who likes to build processes, adhere to a plan, and collaborate. The role develops and maintains project schedules, assists with customer data validation, and works closely with the client throughout the project life cycle. This position is an in-office, in-person, or hybrid role if local to South Bend, or remote if not local to South Bend.
Responsibilities
- Acts as a primary point-of-contact for all assigned projects
- Builds customer relationships/satisfaction and keeps internal resources on task
- Builds processes, adheres to a plan, and collaborates with others
- Develops and maintains project schedules, coordinates internal team meetings, maintains project calendars, prepares and/or edits meeting minutes/presentations/deliverables
- Ensures adherence to deadlines
- Maintains all project-related documents and generates project summary reports
- Assists with customer data validation
- Monitors and tracks project milestones and deliverables
- Ensures resources are on track to hit project milestones
- Involved in product development and/or quality assurance when needed
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 1-3 years of project management experience, CAPM or PMP desirable but not required
- Experience with CRM software, Salesforce or Clarizen preferred
- Willing and ready to exemplify HHIT’s core values on a daily basis
- Responsible for protecting data entrusted to HHIT by strictly adhering to data security and privacy policies and procedures, as well as HIPAA, PIPEDA, and all other applicable law
- Speaking and writing English is a requirement for this position
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
