As a Project Manager
A Project Manager at H2I Group is the main contact between the company and the customer. They are responsible for managing the project from start to finish, ensuring that all project administration and delivery meet customer expectations. They collaborate with the project team, maintain open communication, and provide timely responses to customer inquiries.
- Develops the project schedule and reviews all documents to ensure they match the contract.
- Collaborates with stakeholders including sales, engineering, and estimating teams, and maintains positive relationships.
- Provides professional written responses to customer inquiries about the product, schedules, installation, conflicts, and vendors.
- Assumes responsibility for cost management and budgets for each project, reviews cost reports against budget, and suggests solutions to resolve variances.
- Coordinates schedules to ensure projects are completed on time, including product delivery, installation, and phasing.
- Prepares, submits, obtains approval, verifies, and tracks billings until payment is received.
- Effectively makes progress payment requests to minimize underbilling.
- Learns and manages the specification and technical details of H2I Group's products and those of competitors.
- Maintains professional relationships with vendors and ensures they fulfill their obligations to H2I Group and customers.
- Attends site meetings when required and maintains customer relations with site coordinators and other trades.
- Travels to job sites to inspect work and participate in various meetings as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Business Management, or a relevant area of study is required or equivalent construction Project Management experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant Project Management experience in commercial construction.
- Construction related certifications and trainings are highly desirable.
- Knowledge of and proficiency in using Bluebeam, Vista/Viewpoint is preferred but not required.
- Demonstrated knowledge of and ability to manage multiple projects and project financials.
- Demonstrated skill in analyzing project forecasts against physical completion to identify potential issues.
- Skilled in coordinating and facilitating meetings.
- Able to identify and resolve quality and construction issues while resolving disputes quickly and efficiently.
- Authorized to work in the U.S. without Visa sponsorship.
Work Conditions
- Normal indoor office environment.
- Able to travel to H2I locations and/or job sites 30% of the time with potential overnight stays.
- May be a hybrid (3/2) or 100% remote role, based on regional and/or direct team needs.

Salary Range
$65k-$90k DOE.
