As a Project Manager
A Project Manager at H2I Group is the main contact between the company and the customer. They manage the project from start to finish, collaborating with the project team to meet customer expectations. They are responsible for ensuring compliance, quality, and cost-effectiveness throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develops the project schedule and reviews all documents to ensure they align with the contract.
- Collaborates with stakeholders including sales, engineering, and the field/installation department.
- Provides timely, professional responses to customer inquiries about the product, schedules, installation, and vendors.
- Assumes responsibility for cost management and budgets, reviewing cost reports and suggesting solutions for variances.
- Coordinates schedules to ensure projects are completed on time, managing product delivery, installation, and production.
- Prepares, submits, obtains approval, verifies, and tracks billings until payment is received.
- Attends site meetings when required and maintains customer relations with the site coordinator and other trades.
- Travels to job sites to inspect work and participate in various meetings as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Business Management, or a relevant field, or equivalent construction Project Management experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant Project Management experience in commercial construction.
- Construction related certifications and trainings are desirable.
- Proficient in using Bluebeam, Vista/Viewpoint (preferred but not required).
- Demonstrated knowledge of and ability to manage multiple projects and project financials.
- Demonstrated skill in analyzing project forecasts against physical completion to identify potential issues.
- Skilled in coordinating and facilitating meetings.
- Able to identify and resolve quality and construction issues while resolving disputes quickly and efficiently.
Work Conditions
- Normal Indoor Office Environment.
- Able to travel to H2I Locations and/or Job Sites 30% of the time with potential overnights.
- May be a hybrid (3/2) or 100% remote role, based on regional needs and direct team requirements.

Salary Range
$65k-$90k DOE.
