About the role
The Project Manager oversees site construction projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget. Key responsibilities include:
- Determine and define project scope and deliverables
- Collaborate with owners, engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and vendors
- Manage project budgets, invoices, and contract negotiations
- Develop and maintain project schedules
- Review and approve submittals and manage permits
- Prepare and submit monthly payment applications
- Monitor and resolve billing disputes
- Prepare cost reports for management
- Perform essential job functions in compliance with ADA, FMLA, and other standards
Requirements
Qualifications for the Project Manager position include:
- A bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of project management experience
- Experience in a directly related field may be considered
- Proficiency in B2W and ViewPoint software
