Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project teams with clear direction and accountability
• Manage contracts, budgets, schedules, and resources
• Oversee procurement, subcontractor performance, and change management
• Maintain strong client relationships and communication
• Ensure quality standards and safety expectations are met
• Monitor financial performance and implement corrective actions
• Support billing, forecasting, and reporting
• Apply value engineering and risk mitigation strategies
• Mentor and develop project team members

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and decision making skills
• Prominent ability to manage complex construction projects
• Financial acumen and contract knowledge
• Clear communication with clients and internal teams
• Able to manage competing priorities effectively
• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field
• Five to eight years of construction experience with at least three years in project management
• Demonstrated success managing projects of increasing complexity
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites
