Key Responsibilities
- Lead project teams with clear direction and accountability
- Manage contracts, budgets, schedules, and resources
- Oversee procurement, subcontractor performance, and change management
- Maintain strong client relationships and communication
- Ensure quality standards and safety expectations are met
- Monitor financial performance and implement corrective actions
- Support billing, forecasting, and reporting
- Apply value engineering and risk mitigation strategies
- Mentor and develop project team members
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and decision making skills
- Prominent ability to manage complex construction projects
- Financial acumen and contract knowledge
- Clear communication with clients and internal teams
- Able to manage competing priorities effectively
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field
- Five to eight years of construction experience with at least three years in project management
- Demonstrated success managing projects of increasing complexity
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites
