We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee projects submitted by internal consultants from start to finish. The role involves thoroughly assessing incoming projects to ensure proper interconnection, layout, and other crucial factors. Once a project is submitted by the sales consultant, the project manager verifies that all documentation is complete before submitting it to the installer. The project manager conducts a thorough review upon receipt by the installer, promptly notifying relevant personnel of any necessary modifications or additional requirements. Throughout the process, all communications from the installer are relayed to the project manager to track projects and keep the sales consultant updated via our internal CRM.
Responsibilities
- Manage projects within a designated region or area, including project revisions and sales changes.
- Stay current on jurisdiction and utility requirements within the assigned region or area of responsibility.
- Interpret jurisdiction and utility rejections and find optimal solutions.
- Ensure each project with an HOA has the application attached.
- Complete electrical service load calculations.
- Identify optimal interconnection for projects.
- Identify required adders for projects.
- Provide timely responses to internal questions per SOPs.
- Understand project processes outside of design, such as permitting and utility submission.
- Stay current on knowledge of new PV and ESS systems and configurations.
