Responsibilities
- Serve as a liaison between owners, architects, subcontractors, and teams, ensuring seamless communication.
- Manage key project processes, including RFIs, submittals, schedules, and cost tracking.
- Develop and oversee project schedules, coordinate MEP and BIM processes, and work closely with internal teams like accounting, design, and estimating.
- Write subcontracts and purchase orders, monitor budgets, and problem-solve to keep projects on track.
- Deliver projects to closeout with a zero-punch list goal and comprehensive handoff.
- Represent Granger's values of trust, integrity, and teamwork in all interactions.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
- A proactive mindset with the tenacity to solve challenges and meet deadlines.
- The ability to balance strategic thinking with attention to detail.
- A knack for learning and adapting to new construction management tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Emotional intelligence to foster collaboration across diverse teams.
- Familiarity with construction-specific software like Procore, ViewPoint, or Microsoft Project.
- A builder's mindset with a focus on innovative, client-centered solutions.
