Project Manager
About the role
As a Project Manager at Granger Construction, you will serve as a liaison between owners, architects, subcontractors, and teams, ensuring seamless communication. Manage key project processes, including RFIs, submittals, schedules, and cost tracking. Develop and oversee project schedules, coordinate MEP and BIM processes, and work closely with internal teams like accounting, design, and estimating. Write subcontracts and purchase orders, monitor budgets, and problem-solve to keep projects on track. Deliver projects to closeout with a zero-punch list goal and comprehensive handoff. Represent Granger's values of trust, integrity, and teamwork in all interactions.

Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
- A proactive mindset with the tenacity to solve challenges and meet deadlines.
- The ability to balance strategic thinking with attention to detail.
- A knack for learning and adapting to new construction management tools.
Qualifications
