Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional projects while managing scope, schedule, budget, risks, and deliverables.
- Apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies to evaluate business processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement sustainable improvements.
- Develop process maps, workflow diagrams, and operational documentation using Microsoft Visio.
- Create high-quality project plans, reports, meeting materials, executive briefings, and other technical documentation.
- Collaborate with Government stakeholders and project teams to define requirements, priorities, and project objectives.
- Maintain project performance and proactively identify risks, issues, and mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate project activities across multiple functional teams to ensure successful delivery.
- Track project milestones and provide regular status reporting to leadership and customer stakeholders.
- Ensure project execution complies with customer requirements, organizational policies, and industry best practices.
- Promote continuous process improvement while supporting organizational strategic initiatives.
Requirements
- U.S. Citizenship with the ability to successfully obtain and maintain a Government Public Trust or higher background investigation.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Healthcare Administration, Clinical Sciences, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience managing complex projects.
- Active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Demonstrated experience applying Lean Six Sigma methodologies to improve business processes.
- Strong technical writing, documentation, and presentation skills.
- Experience developing workflow diagrams using Microsoft Visio.
- Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
Qualifications
- Experience supporting the Defense Health Agency (DHA), Department of Defense (DoD), or other Federal healthcare organizations.
- Leverage Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Black Belt, or higher certification.
- Experience working in Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project environments.
- Experience supporting federal government contracts.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Project, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365 collaboration tools.
