What You’ll Do
- Take ownership of projects end-to-end—ensuring they’re delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in partnership with senior leadership and key stakeholders.
- Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, timelines, and communication strategies.
- Cook up and manage seamless execution of internal teams and external partners.
- Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and changes in scope.
- Track milestones, monitor progress, and ensure high-quality delivery throughout the project lifecycle.
- Communicate updates, insights, and recommendations clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
- Lead, coach, and motivate team members to drive accountability and performance.
- Manage budgets, resource allocation, and vendor relationships.
- Conduct post-project reviews to identify successes, lessons learned, and continuous improvements.
- Help build and refine project management best practices and tools.
What You Bring
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of project management experience, ideally managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- A strong background in strategic planning, risk management, and change management.
- Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven leadership ability with a talent for building and motivating teams.
- A strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
- The ability to stay organized, focused, and effective under pressure and tight deadlines.
- A self-starter who can work independently while collaborating effectively with others.
