Project Manager

What You’ll Do

• Take ownership of projects end-to-end—ensuring they’re delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in partnership with senior leadership and key stakeholders.
• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, timelines, and communication strategies.
• Cook up and manage seamless execution of internal teams and external partners.
• Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and changes in scope.
• Track milestones, monitor progress, and ensure high-quality delivery throughout the project lifecycle.
• Communicate updates, insights, and recommendations clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
• Lead, coach, and motivate team members to drive accountability and performance.
• Manage budgets, resource allocation, and vendor relationships.
• Conduct post-project reviews to identify successes, lessons learned, and continuous improvements.
• Help build and refine project management best practices and tools.

What You Bring

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of project management experience, ideally managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• A strong background in strategic planning, risk management, and change management.
• Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven leadership ability with a talent for building and motivating teams.
• A strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
• The ability to stay organized, focused, and effective under pressure and tight deadlines.
• A self-starter who can work independently while collaborating effectively with others.
