About the role

Leading construction firm involved in the commercial sector in New York are actively looking to hire an experienced Project Manager.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of commercial interior construction projects.
• Manage project budgets to ensure financial targets are met.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and project updates.
• Lead and motivate project teams, including Superintendents, subcontractors, to achieve project goals.
• Ensure that all work meets or exceeds industry standards and client expectations.
• Identify and address potential project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of milestones.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in commercial interiors construction project management.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering commercial construction projects in New York City.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and industry best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management software.

Pay

$130,000 - $200,000 plus benefits package
