Project Manager

About the role

Project Manager Direct, implement and supervise the management of the projects in progress, Ensuring the fulfillment of the objectives of the Organization from its area of responsibility. The PM represents the Organization to the Client and make sure all aspects of the project (Scope / Schedule / Cost) are managed. Lead high-impact projects from concept to completion while serving as the key liaison between the organization and its clients. Responsible for managing scope, schedule, cost, and risk, this role ensures seamless project execution, strong customer relationships, and successful delivery of tooling and manufacturing milestones. The Project Manager coordinates cross-functional teams, drives project planning and performance, oversees budgets and timelines, facilitates client communications, and proactively resolves challenges to keep projects on track. This position plays a critical role in delivering exceptional customer satisfaction while achieving organizational objectives in a fast-paced, international manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the relationship and negotiation with the assigned Client, preferably in their language.
• Travel to the Client’s offices if required.
• Develop a detailed project plan to track progress and perform risk management to minimize project risks (budget and control of deviations).
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties for the flawless execution of projects.
• Exercise decision making and initiative regarding the projects’ pieces.
• Inform the Client of the progress and assist him in his visits to the Plant.
• Ensure and coordinate the deliveries of dies and Try Out dates.
• Report and escalate to management as needed.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

Requirements

• Engineer’s Degree – Engineer Diploma (DI) + Master’s Degree in Industrial Mgmt. or Project Mgmt.
• Certificate of Higher Education (HNC) in Mechanical Manufacturing.
• 15 years of Professional experience in International Project Management.
• Minimum 3-year experience leading International Projects in Stamping Industry.
