Project Manager

Build one of the largest trenchless infrastructure projects in South Florida—a multi-year, $150 million pipeline installation beneath a canal using Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD) technology.

About the role

We're seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the execution of this high-profile infrastructure project. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys managing complex civil construction projects from planning through completion while working alongside experienced engineering and construction teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of a large-scale HDD pipeline construction project.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, procurement, and field operations.
• Coordinate with engineering, construction, clients, and regulatory agencies.
• Ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.
• Review construction plans, technical drawings, and project specifications.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Lead progress meetings and provide executive-level project reporting.
• Oversee quality control and ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Support contract administration, change orders, and cost forecasting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, Ocean, or related Engineering discipline.
• 8+ years of heavy civil, utility, marine, or pipeline construction experience.
• Previous Project Management experience on large infrastructure projects.
• Experience with HDD, trenchless construction, underground utilities, marine construction, pipelines, or EPC projects is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of project scheduling, budgeting, contract management, and construction execution.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work on-site in the Miami area for approximately two years.
