About the role
The Project Manager will provide support services to satisfy the overall operational objectives of the National Institutes of Health, Clinical Center.
Responsibilities
- Analyze user (nurse, technologist, physician, administrative) needs to determine functional and cross‑functional requirements for clinical patient care and blood donor processing.
- Integrate multiple clinical and research systems to achieve effective outcomes for delivering patient care.
- Provide resources for each deliverable and associated tasks.
- Perform functional allocation to identify required tasks and their interrelationships.
- Identify key factors in providing integration of systems for effective delivery.
- Integrate project schedules with stakeholder requirements.
- Produce requirements documentation, user and administrative guides, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Provide full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) process and documentation.
- Develop Requirements Definition documentation.
