Project Manager

How You'll Make An Impact

• Assembles the creative, digital, and/or project team, assigns individual responsibilities, identifies resources, and develops schedules.
• Maintains detailed work plans, schedules, estimates, proposals, resource plans, status reports, and manages invoicing.
• Coordinates with other Regional Project Managers and functional managers regarding project status, alignment with Practice goals, philosophy, and initiatives.
• Creates and maintains contact with regional team members, sales knowledge, and project revenue tracking.
• Maintains project expectations, practices, and aligns with MM Communication Practice catalog.
• Supports graphic designers, prepares seminar, webinar, and onsite branch meeting materials, and completes tasks within deadlines.
• Communicates expectations to all parties to avoid confusion and ensure timely expectations are met.
• Monitors and supports current communication processes, addressing failures and irregularities.
• Collaborates with other project managers and creatives on customer and/or team-specific projects.
• Prepares presentations and maintains industry knowledge through educational workshops and classes.
• Contributes to team efforts by providing technical guidance and assisting with RFP responses.

About You

• Required: Bachelor's degree and 3 years related experience; proven project management capability and experience; high proficiency in Microsoft Office and computing skills; creative and technical copywriting and copy-editing experience; evidence of Continuing Professional Development (CPD).
• Preferred: Additional qualifications such as evidence of CPD.
• Behaviors: Service-oriented; excellent organizational skills; ability to work under pressure, solve problems, and develop workable solutions.
