Project Manager

We are seeking a Project Manager for a permanent position based in our Dublin head office, offering a long-term opportunity across education, commercial, and industrial sectors.

About the role

The Project Manager ensures client requirements are met, projects are completed on time and within budget, and the company secures repeat work while maintaining strong client relationships. Responsibilities span from design to completion and handover, with a focus on large mechanical, plumbing, and heating contracts for new build housing and commercial projects.

Responsibilities

• Agreeing project objectives
• Management of site teams and coordination of labour
• Managing project budgets and attending site meetings
• Maintaining a high level of contractual communication
• Representing the client’s interest
• Conducting risk assessments and method statements, and ensuring Health & Safety system and procedures compliance
• Monitoring sub-contractors to ensure adherence to guidelines, contracts, Health & Safety, and quality standards
• Monthly forecasting, contract reviews, applications, and invoicing throughout projects
