Project Manager

We are seeking a Project Manager for a permanent, long-term opportunity based in our Dublin head office. The ideal candidate will have experience across education, commercial, and industrial sectors.

About the role

The Project Manager ensures client requirements are met, projects are completed on time and within budget, and client relationships are maintained to secure repeat work. Responsibilities span from design through to project completion and handover, with a focus on large mechanical, plumbing, and heating contracts for new build housing and commercial projects.

Responsibilities

• Agree project objectives
• Manage site teams and coordinate labour
• Oversee project budgets and attend site meetings
• Maintain a high level of contractual communication
• Represent the client’s interests
• Conduct risk assessments and method statements, and ensure Health & Safety system compliance
• Monitor sub-contractors to ensure adherence to guidelines, contracts, Health & Safety, and quality standards
• Handle monthly forecasting, contract reviews, applications, and invoicing

• 5 years of experience in a similar role
