Project Manager

About the role

The Project Manager will serve as a project coordination point for customer initiatives, orders, and internal cross-functional activities. The Project Manager will help manage timelines, communicate project status, align internal stakeholders, and ensure a smooth execution of customer-related projects from opportunity through completion. This role will be responsible for calling on and coordinating sales efforts nationally with distributors, contractors, builders and other applicable decision makers. The primary purpose of this role is to serve as a liaison to support sales goals through interaction via email and phone, coordination of efforts with outside sales representatives and Fortress distributors. The Project Manager will be the voice of the customer by providing information in areas such as product knowledge and selling, technical information, installation, and order placement.
