About the role

We are seeking motivated Project Managers who are passionate about delivering successful engineering and construction projects while building strong relationships with clients, consultants, and project teams.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with engineers and designers on active development projects while receiving mentorship, hands-on training, and regular feedback to build project management skills.
  • Provide project management support to engineers, architects, surveyors, and land planners throughout all phases of land development projects.
  • Deliver exceptional client service by maintaining timely, professional, and proactive communication with clients and project stakeholders.
  • Organize project documentation, schedules, and information to improve efficiency and streamline project workflows.
  • Affix design deliverables to comply with applicable municipal codes, regulations, and project requirements.
  • Apply the company's quality control processes to review project deliverables for accuracy, consistency, and overall quality.
  • Advocate for clients by helping guide projects through municipal review and approval processes as efficiently as possible.
  • Build strong working relationships with project managers, professional engineers, and multidisciplinary team members to collaborate, solve problems, and achieve project goals.
  • Cook effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, municipalities, and internal team members through clear and professional communication.
  • Support project administration by preparing, copying, collating, submitting, and delivering project documents, plans, and permit packages as needed.
  • Participate in department initiatives, including goal setting, professional development, book discussions, training opportunities, and team-building activities.

Be adaptable and willing to follow FOCUS CAD drafting standards and procedures. Competence in Microsoft Office applications. Experience using AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit, Bluebeam, and Adobe Acrobat is an advantage. Have a high level of integrity and an ability to self-motivate and work productively with little to no supervision. Willingness to understand and align with FOCUS values. High school diploma is required.

Pay

Full-Time salary: $23.00, per hour, DOE

Schedule

Full-Time Schedule: 8-10-hour day shift, Monday to Friday, No weekends, Overtime Available

Location

This opportunity is in our Idaho office.
