Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversight of our contract operations group and field operations staff
• Maintaining positive client relationships
• Compliance reporting of state and EGLE regulatory requirements
• Management of budgets and CIPs (Capital Improvement Plans), laboratory sampling, and record keeping

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of experience
• Must be able to work effectively with clients, staff, management, and regulators
• Knowledge of wastewater treatment system operations, including OSHA regulations
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Strong wastewater plant maintenance and operations experience
• Strong laboratory experience
• Asset Management, Budgeting, and Capital Improvement Planning experience is a plus
• Prior experience in contract operations is a plus
• Michigan Class B Wastewater is preferred
• Municipal water Operator Certification is desired
• Ability to read maps and blueprints
• Valid driver's license and safe driving record required
