We’re looking for a bilingual Project Manager who can lead crews, wow customers, protect margins, and take ownership like it’s their name on the building.

Responsibilities

• Run multiple paint projects at once like a pro
• Lead subcontractor crews with strength and respect
• Communicate clearly in English and Spanish
• Deliver 5-star customer experiences
• Protect job budgets and hit margin targets
• Solve problems fast (before customers even notice)
• Make sure every job is Done Right — period

Requirements

• Bilingual (non-negotiable)
• Highly organized
• Strong communicator
• Comfortable leading crews and holding people accountable
• Not afraid of tough conversations
• Obsessed with customer satisfaction
• Driven by results — not comfort
