Job Description
Five & Done is seeking a Project Manager in Dallas, TX. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Evaluating client requests and translating them into well-defined requirements.
- Conducting feasibility assessments for new features or projects.
- Contributing to the development of project proposals.
- Identifying and mitigating potential project risks.
- Assisting in defining project scope and objectives.
The successful candidate will also:
- Manage medium-sized projects independently.
- Implement and maintain quality control measures.
- Propose solutions for potential roadblocks.
- Manage project resources effectively, including budget and team allocation.
- Cook up cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables are met.
- Oversee change management processes for assigned projects.
- Monitor project teams effort (hrs) vs budget to track project progress.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
- Present project updates and ideas effectively to clients and internal teams.
- Facilitate internal team communications and ensure alignment on project goals.
- Draft and distribute clear, concise project communications.
- Manage stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Mentor junior project managers and provide guidance on project management best practices.
- Foster a collaborative team culture within assigned projects.
- Begin to develop skills in conflict resolution and team motivation.
- Contribute to the improvement of project management processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant project management experience.
- Experience managing medium-sized projects.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
