Project Manager

The Role

You will oversee daily delivery across leak detection, data collection and customer-side leakage (CSL) programmes. Working across multiple sites, you will lead field teams, coordinate resources and ensure all workstreams meet safety, quality and KPI expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate field-based teams across multiple locations
• Manage daily operations, workforce planning and resource allocation
• Drive productivity and performance across leak detection, data and CSL workstreams
• Maintain accurate operational data and support reporting requirements
• Oversee fleet utilisation, compliance and cost control
• Deliver toolbox talks, site briefings and safe systems of work
• Liaise with client representatives and provide clear performance updates

What You’ll Bring

• Experience managing field-based operational teams
• Strong commercial awareness and KPI-driven mindset
• Understanding of leak detection, data logging or CSL (desirable)
• Excellent communication, organization and problem-solving skills
• Full UK driving licence

Desirable

• NRSWA / Streetworks Supervisor
• Prince2 / PM2
• Experience within UK water utility frameworks

Working Pattern

• Full-time, Monday-Friday (40 hours)
• Field-based across Kent, Sussex and Basingstoke
• Regular travel to operational sites
