Responsibilities

• Manage internal and client stakeholder expectations
• Organize tasks and resources effectively
• Build strong relationships with agency team members
• Show resourcefulness and adaptability
• Collaborate with various teams including account, creative, brand strategy, and digital
• Maintain poise and focus under pressure
• Negotiate and resolve conflicts
• Understand digital workflows
• Create project schedules and status updates
• Manage implementation of applications
• Assemble and manage estimates
• Champion process improvements
• Proficient in project management tools

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 3+ years of project management experience, preferably in a healthcare advertising agency setting
• Proven experience in managing both print and digital projects

Qualifications

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts
• Understanding of digital workflow
