Project Planning and Execution

• Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Lead project teams, providing direction, motivation, and support throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

Stakeholder Management

• Engage with stakeholders to define project requirements, expectations, and deliverables.
• Communicate project status, progress, and issues to stakeholders and senior management.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and resolve conflicts or concerns as they arise.

Budget and Resource Management

• Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring financial resources are used effectively and efficiently.
• Cookordinate with resource managers to secure necessary personnel and resources for project execution.
• Track and report on project expenditures and ensure cost control measures are in place.

Quality Assurance

• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and adhere to organizational policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular reviews and assessments to ensure project objectives are achieved and deliverables are of high quality.

Leadership and Team Development

• Mentor and support junior project managers and team members, fostering professional growth and development.
• Promote a collaborative and positive team environment, encouraging effective communication and teamwork.

Continuous Improvement

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in project management.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to capture lessons learned and enhance future project performance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Project Manager, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field
• Experience of 8-10 years of project management experience, with at least 3-5 years in a senior project management role
• Proven track record of managing large, complex projects successfully
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure

Pay Range

• $100,000 - $125,000 per year, depending on experience.
