Project Manager
Job Description
Lead end-to-end delivery of customer implementation projects from initiation through go-live and handoff to support teams.
Act as a primary point of contact for customers during the project implementation phase.
Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and success criteria in alignment with business and customer requirements.
Develop, maintain, and execute detailed project plans while ensuring adherence to project management standards and methodologies.
Monitor project schedules, milestones, budgets, risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder visibility.
Collaborate with sales, operations, support, product owners, third parties, and customers to coordinate project activities and resources.
Participate in pre-sales activities by reviewing technical proposals, contributing implementation estimates, and supporting customer discussions when required.
Provide budgetary estimates and monitor project expenditures to ensure budget adherence.
When applicable, track solution development, validation, testing, deployment, customer acceptance, and production readiness activities.
Facilitate project status meetings and provide regular reporting to leadership and key stakeholders.
Profile
- 3+ years of Project Management experience delivering technology-focused projects.
- Strong technical background with the ability to understand software platforms, system integrations, cloud services, networking concepts, and technical workflows.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience managing project escalations, conflict resolution, and stakeholder expectations in complex delivery environments.
- Demonstrated ability to perform effectively under pressure while managing competing priorities and deadlines.
- Experience managing project budgets, schedules, risks, resource planning, and project reporting.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) and Office Suite, including Teams.
- Experience using project planning and project management tools such as Microsoft Project or equivalent.
- Familiarities with PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, Waterfall, or equivalent project management certification.
- Experience coordinating third-party vendors, subcontractors, and external implementation partners.
